Summer Jewels

Carpaccio Giardino Mare
10 lbs. Chinook salmon I caught at Dolphin Point, Vashon Island 
cured as lox 
garnished with 12 herbs, baby veggies, and edible flowers from my garden 
and drizzled with buttery olive oil.
